Welcome to www.space-dementia.com (the “Website”), operated by Kristi Qëndro, a natural person registered with the National Business Center of the Republic of Albania under NUIS M54107801E and trading as Space Dementia Recordings (“we”, “us”, “the Label”). Registered address: Rruga Ismail Qemali, Nd 1, H 1, Apartamenti Nr 5, Sarandë, Vlorë, Albania.

By using the Website or submitting any form on it, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website. You must be at least 18 years old to submit any form on the Website.

1. ABOUT US

Space Dementia Recordings is an independent music label that releases and promotes progressive house and melodic techno. We believe in creative freedom and in music that breaks norms. The Website presents the Label, its artists and releases, and lets visitors contact us, submit demos and promos, and send booking requests for our artists.

2. USE OF THE WEBSITE

You may use the Website only for lawful purposes. You must not:
– try to gain unauthorized access to the Website, its server or related systems;
– send spam, malicious software or unlawful content through the Website or its forms;
– submit false information or pretend to be another person or artist.

The Website does not offer user accounts, online payments or binding online bookings. Misuse may result in blocked access and, where applicable, legal action under Albanian law.

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the Website, including the Space Dementia Recordings name and logo, text, graphics, artwork, photos and videos, belongs to the Label or to its artists and licensors and is protected by copyright law. Music, artwork and artist names remain the property of their respective owners. You may view the content for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, distribute or use it commercially without our prior written permission.

4. LINKS TO OTHER WEBSITES

The Website links to our artists’ profiles on SoundCloud and social media. We do not operate these sites and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices; their own terms apply. The Website does not embed external players, analytics or social media plugins.

Booking requests or demos sent through the contact form will not be reviewed. By submitting a form, you confirm that the information is accurate and that we may contact you using the details you provide. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle this data.

6. DEMO SUBMISSIONS

– We release only progressive house and melodic techno. Please send music that expresses your own original sound.
– Demos are accepted only as a private SoundCloud link shared exclusively with us. We do not accept audio files. The link stays under your control, and you can disable or delete it at any time.
– By submitting a demo, you confirm that you are at least 18, that you own or are licensed for all rights in the music (including any samples), and that it does not infringe anyone else’s rights.
– Submitting a demo gives the Label no rights in your music. A release requires a separate written agreement signed by both parties.
– We reply only to demos we want to sign. If you do not hear from us, your demo has not been selected. We are not obliged to give a reason.
– We receive many submissions. Music we release may coincidentally resemble submitted material, and submitting a demo creates no claim against the Label on that basis.
– Demo emails we do not follow up on are deleted within 3 months.

7. PROMO SUBMISSIONS

– The promo form is for upcoming releases to be played by the Label’s artists in their live DJ sets as support. Promos are sent as a private SoundCloud link.
– Label each track correctly, for example: Artist – Title (Original Mix) [Space Dementia Recordings] [01.01.2026].
– By submitting a promo, you confirm that you have the right to share the track for promotional use.
– Promos are confidential and are used only for playing in live DJ sets. Neither the Label nor its artists may publish, sell, upload or share a promo track with anyone else. This is strictly prohibited, and each person is individually responsible for any breach.
– Promo information is kept until the release date and then deleted.

8. BOOKING REQUESTS

– Booking requests are forwarded to the requested artist or their agent or management.
– A booking request, including the fee offer, is only an offer. It creates no booking and no obligation for the Label or the artist. A booking is confirmed only by a written contract signed by both parties, which sets the fee, payment, travel, technical and cancellation terms.
– By sending a request, you confirm that you are at least 18 and authorized to act for the venue or company you name.
– Booking requests are kept for 12 months.

9. DATA PROTECTION

Personal data submitted through the Website is processed under Law No. 124/2024 “On Personal Data Protection”. Details are in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

10. DISCLAIMER

The Website is provided “as is” for general information. We try to keep it accurate and up to date but give no guarantee of its completeness, accuracy or uninterrupted availability.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the extent permitted by law, the Label is not liable for any direct or indirect damage arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Website or linked third-party websites. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Albanian law.

12. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when published on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the Website means you accept them.

13. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Albania. Any dispute falls under the competent courts of the Republic of Albania for the Label’s registered seat in Sarandë.

Mirë se vini në www.space-dementia.com (“Faqja”), e operuar nga Kristi Qëndro, person fizik i regjistruar në Qendrën Kombëtare të Biznesit të Republikës së Shqipërisë me NIPT M54107801E, që ushtron aktivitetin me emrin Space Dementia Recordings (“ne”, “Labeli”). Adresa e regjistruar: Rruga Ismail Qemali, Nd 1, H 1, Apartamenti Nr 5, Sarandë, Vlorë, Shqipëri.

Duke përdorur Faqen ose duke dërguar ndonjë formular në të, ju pranoni këto Kushte dhe Afate. Nëse nuk jeni dakord, ju lutemi mos e përdorni Faqen. Për të dërguar çdo formular në Faqe duhet të keni mbushur të paktën 18 vjeç.

1. RRETH NESH

Space Dementia Recordings është një label muzikor i pavarur që publikon dhe promovon progressive house dhe melodic techno. Ne besojmë në lirinë krijuese dhe në muzikën që thyen normat. Faqja prezanton Labelin, artistët dhe publikimet tona, dhe u mundëson vizitorëve të na kontaktojnë, të dërgojnë demo dhe promo, si dhe kërkesa për booking të artistëve tanë.

2. PËRDORIMI I FAQES

Ju mund ta përdorni Faqen vetëm për qëllime të ligjshme. Nuk lejohet të:
– përpiqeni të merrni akses të paautorizuar në Faqe, në serverin e saj ose në sistemet e lidhura me të;
– dërgoni spam, software keqdashës ose përmbajtje të paligjshme përmes Faqes ose formularëve të saj;
– jepni të dhëna të rreme ose të paraqiteni si person ose artist tjetër.

Faqja nuk ofron llogari përdoruesish, pagesa online apo rezervime detyruese online. Keqpërdorimi mund të sjellë bllokimin e aksesit dhe, sipas rastit, ndjekje ligjore sipas legjislacionit shqiptar.

3. PRONËSIA INTELEKTUALE

E gjithë përmbajtja në Faqe, përfshirë emrin dhe logon Space Dementia Recordings, tekstet, grafikat, kopertinat, fotot dhe videot, i përket Labelit ose artistëve dhe licencuesve të tij dhe mbrohet nga legjislacioni për të drejtën e autorit. Muzika, kopertinat dhe emrat e artistëve mbeten pronë e zotëruesve përkatës. Ju mund ta shikoni përmbajtjen për përdorim personal dhe jotregtar. Nuk lejohet kopjimi, ndryshimi, shpërndarja ose përdorimi tregtar i saj pa lejen tonë paraprake me shkrim.

4. LIDHJE ME FAQE TË TJERA

Faqja përmban lidhje me profilet e artistëve tanë në SoundCloud dhe në rrjetet sociale. Ne nuk i operojmë këto faqe dhe nuk mbajmë përgjegjësi për përmbajtjen, disponueshmërinë ose praktikat e tyre të privatësisë; për to zbatohen kushtet e tyre. Faqja nuk integron player-a të jashtëm, mjete analitike apo plugin-e të rrjeteve sociale.

Kërkesat për booking ose demot e dërguara përmes formularit të kontaktit nuk shqyrtohen. Duke dërguar një formular, ju konfirmoni se të dhënat janë të sakta dhe se mund t’ju kontaktojmë në të dhënat që jepni. Politika jonë e Privatësisë shpjegon si i trajtojmë këto të dhëna.

6. DËRGIMI I DEMOVE

– Ne publikojmë vetëm progressive house dhe melodic techno. Ju lutemi dërgoni muzikë që shpreh tingullin tuaj origjinal.
– Demot pranohen vetëm si link privat SoundCloud i ndarë ekskluzivisht me ne. Nuk pranojmë skedarë audio. Linku mbetet nën kontrollin tuaj dhe mund ta çaktivizoni ose fshini në çdo kohë.
– Duke dërguar një demo, ju konfirmoni se keni mbushur 18 vjeç, se zotëroni ose keni licencë për të gjitha të drejtat mbi muzikën (përfshirë çdo sample) dhe se ajo nuk cenon të drejtat e askujt tjetër.
– Dërgimi i një demoje nuk i jep Labelit asnjë të drejtë mbi muzikën tuaj. Çdo publikim kërkon një marrëveshje të veçantë me shkrim, të nënshkruar nga të dyja palët.
– Ne u përgjigjemi vetëm demove që duam t’i nënshkruajmë. Nëse nuk merrni përgjigje, demoja juaj nuk është përzgjedhur. Nuk jemi të detyruar të japim arsye.
– Ne marrim shumë demo. Muzika që publikojmë mund të ngjajë rastësisht me materiale të dërguara, dhe dërgimi i një demoje nuk krijon asnjë pretendim ndaj Labelit mbi këtë bazë.
– Email-et e demove që nuk ndiqen më tej fshihen brenda 3 muajve.

7. DËRGIMI I PROMOVE

– Formulari i promove shërben për publikimet e ardhshme që luhen nga artistët e Labelit në DJ set-et e tyre live si mbështetje. Promot dërgohen si link privat SoundCloud.
– Shënoni saktë çdo track, për shembull: Artist – Title (Original Mix) [Space Dementia Recordings] [01.01.2026].
– Duke dërguar një promo, ju konfirmoni se keni të drejtën ta ndani track-un për përdorim promovues.
– Promot janë konfidenciale dhe përdoren vetëm për t’u luajtur në DJ set-e live. As Labeli, as artistët e tij nuk kanë të drejtë të publikojnë, shesin, ngarkojnë ose shpërndajnë një track promo me persona të tjerë. Kjo është rreptësisht e ndaluar dhe secili mban përgjegjësi individuale për çdo shkelje.
– Informacioni i promove ruhet deri në datën e publikimit dhe më pas fshihet.

8. KËRKESAT PËR BOOKING

– Kërkesat për booking i përcillen artistit të kërkuar ose agjentit apo menaxhimit të tij.
– Një kërkesë për booking, përfshirë ofertën e honorarit, është vetëm një ofertë. Ajo nuk krijon rezervim dhe asnjë detyrim për Labelin ose artistin. Booking-u konfirmohet vetëm me kontratë me shkrim të nënshkruar nga të dyja palët, e cila përcakton honorarin, pagesën, udhëtimin, kushtet teknike dhe ato të anulimit.
– Duke dërguar një kërkesë, ju konfirmoni se keni mbushur 18 vjeç dhe se jeni i autorizuar të veproni për vendin ose shoqërinë që përmendni.
– Kërkesat për booking ruhen për 12 muaj.

9. MBROJTJA E TË DHËNAVE

Të dhënat personale të dërguara përmes Faqes përpunohen sipas Ligjit Nr. 124/2024 “Për mbrojtjen e të dhënave personale”. Hollësitë gjenden në Politikën e Privatësisë dhe në Politikën e Cookies.

10. MOHIM PËRGJEGJËSIE

Faqja ofrohet “siç është” për informim të përgjithshëm. Përpiqemi ta mbajmë të saktë dhe të përditësuar, por nuk japim garanci për plotësinë, saktësinë ose disponueshmërinë e pandërprerë të saj.

11. KUFIZIMI I PËRGJEGJËSISË

Në masën e lejuar nga ligji, Labeli nuk mban përgjegjësi për asnjë dëm të drejtpërdrejtë ose të tërthortë që rrjedh nga përdorimi ose pamundësia e përdorimit të Faqes ose të faqeve të palëve të treta. Asgjë në këto Kushte nuk kufizon përgjegjësinë që nuk mund të kufizohet sipas ligjit shqiptar.

12. NDRYSHIME NË KUSHTE

Mund t’i përditësojmë këto Kushte në çdo kohë. Ndryshimet hyjnë në fuqi kur publikohen në këtë faqe me datë të re. Përdorimi i mëtejshëm i Faqes nënkupton pranimin e tyre.

13. LIGJI I ZBATUESHËM

Këto Kushte rregullohen nga ligjet e Republikës së Shqipërisë. Çdo mosmarrëveshje i nënshtrohet gjykatave kompetente të Republikës së Shqipërisë sipas selisë së regjistruar të Labelit në Sarandë.
